In control of the kitchen are our head chef Benjamin Alloza and his team, who give us a true reflection of the creative possibilities that the Mediterranean cuisine has to offer. With fresh market produce, encouraging the purest flavours, a modern kitchen playing with textures, ingredients and aromas all give a new twist on the Andaluz cuisine.

SOMMELIER

Because we insist on the highest quality for every detail, we consult our own expert Sommelier for advice on, and the selection of, the most appropriate wines according to your personal preferences and selected menu.
